He started his career as an Apple Creative Pro, formally trained at Apple's Cupertino campus to teach customers and store teams without fear or theater. He built his method inside Compass — one of the country's largest brokerages — where demand spread office to office until managers were calling to get on the calendar. Now he brings the same sessions to brokerages, associations, and conferences everywhere.
